When you request or schedule a demonstration, you may provide your name, email address, medical practice or office name, electronic medical record (EMR) system, number of locations and telephone number. You may also provide additional details about your office and its administrative workflows.

How We Use This Information

We use demo inquiry information only to arrange, conduct and follow up on your demonstration, including responding to questions about the meeting and relevant front-desk workflows. We do not use this information for unrelated purposes.

Scheduling And Meeting Providers

We use Calendly for scheduling and Zoom for meetings. These service providers may process information associated with your booking or meeting in the United States. When you open the Calendly booking page or participate in a Zoom meeting, information is also handled under those providers’ applicable privacy terms.

Patient Information Is Not Covered By This Notice

This is a website-only notice about business inquiries and demonstrations. It does not govern patient information processed for a medical office using MedOfficeAssist.ai. Such processing is subject to the applicable medical office’s agreement and privacy documentation. Please do not include patient information in a demo request.
