MedOfficeAssist.ai and this website are not a substitute for a clinician, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Do not use the website to seek urgent or emergency assistance. 04 Demo Requests And Communications
You may schedule an informational demonstration via a third-party scheduling service. Please submit accurate business contact details and avoid entering patient records or other sensitive health information into a demo request. We use inquiry information to schedule, conduct and follow up on requested demonstrations, as described in our Privacy Notice.
05 Separate Agreements For Medical Offices
A demo, website visit or inquiry does not create a subscription, implementation commitment or data-processing relationship. Any clinical-office deployment, service levels, fees, processing arrangements, security obligations, retention practices, integrations and applicable healthcare agreements will be set out in separate signed documents. If those agreements conflict with this page regarding your purchased service, those signed agreements govern that service.
